With A Velvety Texture, This Aromatic Honey Is Gathered From Beehives On The Heather-Rich Moorland Of The Balmoral Estate In Scotland. Heather Honey Is Thick And Spreadable And Also Has Higher Levels Of Anti-Oxidants.

Honey Is Used Throughout The Year At Many Royal Events Including Garden Parties And Receptions. There Are Hives Located At Many Of The Royal Residences, The Ones Which Situated In London In The Gardens Of Buckingham Palace And Clarence House Produce Enough Honey For Both To Be Self-Sufficient.
